Hector Guzman and your Plano Symphony Orchestra kick off the sensational 25th Anniversary Season with an opening
night Tchaikovsky Spectacular! Maestro Guzman and the orchestra offer the rousing March Slav, and Adele Anthony
solos in Tchaikovsky's show stopping and ever-popular Violin Concerto, a virtuoso tour-de-force. The performance
concludes with the orchestra showcase, Symphony No. 4. Join the Maestro, Mayor Evans and members of the orchestra
for the unveiling of the Symphony's new home, and kick of the 25th Anniversary Season in style!

Since winning the Carl Nielsen International Violin Competition in 1996, Adele Anthony has performed with many
orchestras including Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, Budapest Philharmonic Orchestra,
Denmark's Aalborg and Aarhus Symphony Orchestras, Finland's Kuopio Symphony Orchestra, the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra,
the Iceland Symphony Orchestra, the Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra, the NDR Orchestra Hannover, and the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France.
She has performed often with her famous husband, violinist Gil Shaham;
recorded on both the Naxos and Deutsche Grammophone labels; appeared at the Aspen Music Festival, and much more!
