Beauties and Beasts both welcome at Frisco Area Children's Theater auditions

The Frisco Area Children's Theater announces auditions for "Beauty and the Beast". The play was written by Nicholas Stuart Grey, and will be directed by Aileen Brady.

Auditions and rehearsals will be held in Frisco on February 3rd at 3 pm:
NewStart Meeting Place, 6810 Main Street, Frisco, TX 75034
(Downtown Frisco behind Sherry's School House)

The play needs actors aged 4 and up. No appointment is needed to audition. Auditions consist of cold reading from the script. It is suggested that you bring a photo and resume but it is not required. Rehearsals will be on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The play opens in April.

The Prince, who is also called the Beast

Hodge, The Wizard or Witch
Mikey, a Dragon who is Hodge's Nephew or Niece

Non-Speaking roles
Magical forest creatures such as Unicorns and Fairies
Shadow Creatures, Servants

The Frisco Area Children's Theater is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Corporation. All donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the tax laws. The theater is run by an all-volunteer staff serving Frisco and the surrounding community.
